Aldar Properties (Aldar) has announced the opening of Yas Park Gate, it is the newest gated neighborhood that will be right next to Yas Park, Abu Dhabi's premier family, and entertainment park.
The Dh1.15 billion residential development will complement the current communities and include 508 new houses with a total area of 255,000 sqm as a logical development in the second phase of North Yas.
The 115,000 square meter Yas Park, which is half the size of Yas Mall and will serve as the standard for landscape design for the whole North Yas master plan, is conveniently located near the development. Yas Park will establish a new benchmark for parks in the UAE by bringing a variety of facilities together in one location for the first time. A promenade will connect the park's many features, and walking and running track will circle the park's perimeter.
