The total value of the real estate and property transactions during the week ending August 19 2022 was Dh10.3 billion. 3,149 transactions were made in total.
2,239 apartments and villas were sold for Dh3.94 billion, while 344 plots went for Dh2.55 billion.
The top three sales were the sale of a plot in Al Wasl for Dh400.18 million, a plot in Hadaeq Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid for Dh205 million, and a tract in Palm Jumeirah for Dh130 million.
This week, Al Hebiah Fifth recorded the highest transactions with 173 selling for Dh475.48 million. Jabal Ali First came in second with 70 sales worth Dh284.36 million, and Al Yufrah 2 came in third with 28 sales worth Dh35 million.
The top three transfers for apartments and villas were an apartment in Business Bay that went for Dh600 million, an apartment in Palm Jumeirah that went for Dh437 million, and an apartment in the Burj Khalifa that went for Dh406 million.
